Organizations

Knowledge Share, Institutional Knowledge Support and Organizational Health & Wellness Assessment

This support for organizations will provide a seamless transfer of institutional knowledge between the outgoing executive director and incoming leadership and staff, including providing transparent access (as appropriate) to board of director members.

Deliverables:

  • Formal and Informal Inventory Templates

  • APT Framework and structure for outgoing executive director to utilize when providing knowledge share and institutional knowledge to the organization

  • Triage and anticipate real time shifts in organizational culture, protecting the health and wellbeing of the organization and team members

  • Documented strengths, challenges and areas of improvement from noticed themes during facilitated transition work

  • Network support in affirmatively marketing (behind the scenes) the job posting for executive director

  • Assist with PR and Communications Strategies for the transition, creating a runway of content to allow for seamless transition and continued donor / volunteer communication

Pricing:

A monthly rate will be negotiated, typically starting at $3,000 per month.

*This offering is meant to be implemented before any transition of staff takes place. A specific pricing conversation will be required if interim leadership is in place, or if interim leadership is needed.


Board of Directors

Leaving Well sessions for Board of Director members consist of custom-designed experiences, held virtually.

Deliverables:

  • Learning Memo detailing co-created suggestions for healthy engagement models for future leadership, and board of director meetings

  • Assessment and Snapshot of the organization, including relevant components of the APT Framework

  • Documented list of resources and tools for live and/or hybrid board of directors meetings, with intentional engagement and accessibility strategies

  • Implementation Plan summary to complement (or create!) the organization’s Transition Plan

Pricing:

Starting at $185 per session (unlimited number of individuals)

Recommended: 4-6 sessions


Teams

Leaving Well sessions for teams will consist of custom-designed experiences, held virtually.

Deliverables:

  • real-time and relevant knowledge which addresses current organizational changes

  • tools for navigating the current transition with greater ease, including the APT Framework

  • exercises and curated learnings to increase capacity and foundational know-how

  • and resources to create consistency and impact

Pricing:

Determined based on desired number of sessions, as well as size of organization, annual budget, longevity of organization, and board of director engagement metrics / attendance.

*Rates typically start at $3,000 per month and includes unlimited number of board of director members participating, maximum of six sessions.
