Transition Plan Template (plus access to my library full of organizational and structural templates for your own use)
Legacy and Leaving Well exercises that you’ll be able to use again and again for all types of transitions
Real-time facilitation and communication support—as needed—to debrief and/or plan for upcoming large meetings with volunteers, team, and board of directors
Onboarding and transition support for incoming / replacement leadership, to include communication and accountability with reporting structure, and team
Pricing:
If the contract is held by an organization, a monthly rate will be negotiated.
