Deliverables (tangible tools and resources developed for you):

  • Transition Plan Template (plus access to my library full of organizational and structural templates for your own use)

  • Legacy and Leaving Well exercises that you’ll be able to use again and again for all types of transitions

  • Real-time facilitation and communication support—as needed—to debrief and/or plan for upcoming large meetings with volunteers, team, and board of directors

  • Onboarding and transition support for incoming / replacement leadership, to include communication and accountability with reporting structure, and team

Pricing:

If the contract is held by an organization, a monthly rate will be negotiated.

Let’s start working together at least two months before your departure date. If your timeline is more condensed or is much longer, don’t worry. I offer templates and support for all stages of transition.
