Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law
We may issue refunds at our discretion if you encounter significant technical issues that we cannot resolve
Services
Cancellation Before Service Start:
70% refund if cancelled within 48 hours after payment, before scheduled service
No refund if cancelled after 48 hours has passed from the time of payment.
Cancellation After Service Start:
Prorated refund based on services delivered, minus any applicable fees
No refund for completed services

Timestamped proof of payment
Reason for the refund request
We will respond to your request within five (5) business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method, when possible. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be processed.
