Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law

  • We may issue refunds at our discretion if you encounter significant technical issues that we cannot resolve

Services

Cancellation Before Service Start:

  • 70% refund if cancelled within 48 hours after payment, before scheduled service

  • No refund if cancelled after 48 hours has passed from the time of payment.

Cancellation After Service Start:

  • Prorated refund based on services delivered, minus any applicable fees

  • No refund for completed services

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at Support@8thandHome.com with the following information:

  • Timestamped proof of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond to your request within five (5) business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method, when possible. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or to modify this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
