This support for organizations will provide a seamless transfer of institutional knowledge between the outgoing executive director and incoming leadership and staff, including providing transparent access (as appropriate) to board of director members.
Deliverables:

APT Framework and structure for outgoing executive director to utilize when providing knowledge share and institutional knowledge to the organization
Triage and anticipate real time shifts in organizational culture, protecting the health and wellbeing of the organization and team members
Documented strengths, challenges and areas of improvement from noticed themes during facilitated transition work
Network support in affirmatively marketing (behind the scenes) the job posting for executive director

When you need analysis, a strategic plan or report, or an audit, this is the package for you. Delivery is typically four weeks from complete receipt of all documents and the finalization of interviews and discovery. We will co-create a scope of work as well as what you will consider success.
Travel / Day Rate = $1,250 minimum

Asynchronous Advisory = $1,475 monthly
This advisory package is perfect for the organizations who know they will benefit from support, but aren’t quite sure yet what the specifics of need are. We will begin with a 45 minute intensive zoom call, which includes some pre-work on your part. Once I’ve reviewed your needs, we will have asynchronous daily / weekly cadence for our work together, using Slack, Loom, Google Workspace, WhatsApp or Voxer.
Daily cadence = access to me via voice and text, anytime! I check messages / answer questions at least once a day, Monday-Friday.
Weekly cadence = submit your email scripts, draft policies, urgent needs via Google Workspace and Loom.
If you need it, we will hop on a quick Zoom or phone call available for any urgent issues that we cannot resolve via other methods.
