Mom’s Banana Bread recipe

Banana Bread Ingredients:

4 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1.5 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 t baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1/2 t salt
1/2 t vanilla

Mix all wet ingredients first, slowly mixing in dry ingredients. Preheat oven to 350° and bake 45-60 minutes.

Easy Peasy!

Tip: Double your recipe and place one loaf in the freezer for another day!

    THANK YOU for this! I have a few ripe bananas hanging around and was just thinking yesterday about making bread – I usually use a recipe from Betty Crockers cookbook but am so wanting to try something new – sounds Yummy!
